How Often are new collections released?

Our collections are creatively channeled from the heart. We don’t believe that there is a strict timeline for creativity. With that said, we strive to release a new collection every two to three months.

When Will my items ship?

Items ship within two to three business days. You will be notified by email when your package has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.

Custom work

Do You offer custom / commissioned pieces?

Yes, we do! We completely understand that the phrase “customer order” can be intimidating. Rest assured, you don’t need any big ideas or have the details worked out to request a custom order. Our favorite part of commissioned work is the fact that just having the intention of creating it already energetically customizes the piece. We will work with you to design the most perfect and most aligned custom jewelry.

How do I set up a custom order consultation?

Start by filling out this form. Each consultation is $50, which will go towards the total price of your custom piece.

Returns

What is your return Policy?

All sales are final.

My jewelry arrived damaged, what do I do?

We hope this never happens! But, in the rare case that your jewelry has arrived damaged, please contact us here.

The ring I ordered is the wrong size, can you fix it?

It is important to double-check your ring size before placing an order. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we may be able to resize it for a repair fee. Please contact us here. Keep in mind that some rings may not be resizable.

What materials do you work with?

Most pieces are made of silver. Custom pieces can be made with a variety of materials including gold, silver, copper, etc.

How do I know my correct ring size?

To find your most accurate ring size, we would suggest using a ring sizer. Most local jewelry stores will do this for free. You can also request a free ring sizer from Hamada Designs by contacting us here.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

We only repair Hamda Designs pieces. Please contact us here.

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
